Frank Ski Bio

An award-winning media and music industry veteran with radio, television, recordingand film expertise, Frank Ski entertains and delivers intriguing content to an audienceof nearly 1,200,000 every day on V-103FM and CW69 TV. The Frank and WandaMorning show has consistently ranked at the top of the ratings for more than 10 years.As chairman and co-founder of the Frank Ski Kids Foundation with his wife, he findsresponsibility in his celebrity and looks beyond merely handing over money to children’sprograms and instead commits to “expose kids to their future” through a compendium ofcommunity-oriented outreach and motivational programs.

Always one to promote giving back to his community, Ski received numerous awards andaccolades including an 11Alive Community Service Award, The Ludacris FoundationCommunity Service Award, The National Urban League Distinguished CommunityService Award and Black Enterprise Magazine’s National Community ChampionsAward. He currently serves on several boards, including Leadership Atlanta, Hands OnAtlanta and Rainbow PUSH Coalition. He also serves on the advisory committee for theBlack College Hall of Fame and is a member of the 100 Black Men of Atlanta, LatinAmerican Association and the Atlanta Business League.

While philanthropy is his life’s passion, Ski takes time to enjoy some healthy indulgencesas well. His personal interests include international travel, gourmet food and winecollecting. An Atlanta resident, Frank is married to Tanya Rodriguez and has four sons,Jarrett, Franklin, Blake and Harrison.
